Timeline 01 / 04

Short-notice coordination

PCS orders arrive without warning. We can coordinate moves in as little as two weeks: compressing the documentation timeline without cutting corners: USDA APHIS endorsement, health certificate window, crate compliance, flight booking.

Origin 02 / 04

OCONUS origin documentation

Departing from Japan, South Korea, Germany, Italy, or Spain requires export health certificates, microchip verification against ISO 11784/85 standards, and origin-country clearances. We know the stack for each country.

Destination 03 / 04

Destination entry compliance

Whether you're heading CONUS or to another overseas post, we handle USDA APHIS, destination-country veterinary certificates, and any quarantine requirements. The paperwork is done right the first time — no delays at customs.

Transport 04 / 04

Accompanied transport option

For long OCONUS-to-CONUS routes (14+ hours, often with a layover), cargo is not the same as accompanied. Our escort travels on the same flight as your pet. That's not marketing copy: it's the reason military families choose us over freight-focused competitors.

Share your origin base, destination, and report date. We assess the documentation requirements within 24 hours.

Documentation roadmap

We send you a step-by-step checklist: what your vet needs to prepare, which certificates require USDA endorsement, and the hard deadline for each item.

Flight and crate coordination

We book the flight and handle IATA crate compliance. If you need a crate, we can source one. If your pet travels accompanied, our escort is on the same itinerary.

Day of transport

Check-in, customs clearance, and boarding handled by us. You get real-time updates at every step: departure confirmation, layover check-in, arrival.

Delivery at destination

Your pet is delivered to your new address or base location. Paperwork closed. Your family is complete again.
